Break the Chain

Welcome to Break the Chain, a puzzle game in which you, the player, is tasked with freeing stars from a chain and (not) freeing bombs!

The goal of the game is to move the chain break under all of the stars to complete each level.

Controls are as follows:

• If invert controls is on: Left arrow/A moves chain right, Right arrow/D moves chain left (moving break effectively)
• if invert controls is off, Right arrow/A moves chain left, Right arrow/D moves chain right (you move the chain not the break)
• Esc/Tab to pause the game

The game currently has 30 levels

If you run out of moves or you free a bomb you lose all your score and the level restarts. Reloading the level or moving back levels in any way will erase your score as well. Lasers (level 21 onwards) allow you to switch to the other chain when the chain break is lined up with them.

The maximum score possible is 89
